Quite literally the world’s gold standard for chocolate beer. This cacao monster just brought Vietnam its ﬁrst ever gold medal in the World Beer Cup, the most prestigious beer competition in the world! Working closely with the good people at Maison Marou Chocolate, we tirelessly tasted cacao nibs from across the country until we developed the perfect blend. We then add these nibs to our Imperial Stout with a touch of Saigon cinnamon and hint of fresh vanilla beans from Mui Ne. The result: chocolate transcendence!
