The Caroni distillery in Trinidad, closed in 2003, is home to legendary and highly sought-after rum bottlings, acclaimed by rum connoisseurs worldwide. The Caroni mark offers extremely old, smoky, heavy
rums high complexity with unparalleled aroma profiles. Our single cask treasure aged tropically until 2009, subsequently moved to a scotch whisky cask and finally aged from 2017 in an old rum-cask.
