The Central City Sour Framboise III is a traditional Belgian-style sour infused with local raspberries and aged for more than two years in a combination of Cabernet Sauvignon barrels and French oak Foeders. Long maturation on the berries, combined with the sour culture mix of Brettanomyces, Lactobacillus and Pediococcus produces a very complex beer with tart raspberry notes up front, and a dry finish with notes of grass and hay

Central City Brewers & Distillers started as a Brewpub in 2003 at Central City in Surrey BC. You can still find the home of our first brewery at the original Central City Pub. Today, our main brewery and distillery operations operates just down the hill from the original location in a state of the art, 65,000 square foot brewing facility. Our new facility boasts some of the best equipment in BC Craft beer, which helps us deliver better, more consistent quality everyday.
Our beers are proudly served from Victoria to Newfoundland, and come in a variety of beer styles. We offer core beers, seasonal and special releases, and are always cooking up something new.
And while our brewery has grown significantly since the early days, the same passion for our craft drives each and every brew. Brewmaster Gary Lohin ensures we brew with the best ingredients, making no compromises on our quality we offer our customers. This uncompromising approach is what makes our beer great.
