The inaugural vintage of Chairman's Reserve is a blend of distillates from 2005 coming off the John Dore pot still and the Coffey column still.
During the initial four years maturation period, the distillates are aged independantly in their own casks before being blended together by the cellar master Evanius Harris and then put back into barrel for an additional 10 years of maturation.
