Originally released between 1899 and 1915 – it was even a best-seller at the time – Blanchette is created using a recipe of the time and is one of the absinthes produced by historian Ted Breaux. Produced at the Combier distillery in Saumur.

Produced with Grande Absinthe, green anise, fennel and more secret ingredients.
