Description

This Demerara Rum has been distilled on the Wooden Continuous Coffey Still originally built in 1880 at the Enmore Estate.

This rume was aged in former bourbon barrels for 10 years and finished for 5 years in French Oak Sauternes casks (Sauternes is a wonderful white sweet wine).

The result in a honey flavour profile with citrus spice finish.

Distilled in 2003, bottled in 2018.
