Granit is the second generation of the original Fernet Hunter. Granit is dryer with increased bitter notes, decreased sugar content and the unique blend of herbs and spices that provide a strong character and complexity to the true aromatic bitter.
The name Granit refer to the soil and rocks in Austria's Mühlviertel region, an area with naturally mineral rich water that's used to produce this type of Fernet.
Established in collaboration between father and son (Holzer and Holzer), Fernet Hunter combines centuries of experience in distilling and alcohol trade with a modern approach in bartending.
Fernet Hunter can be enjoyed in many ways, but it’s best consumed chilled - with soda, tea, or in cocktails.
