Made from blossom honey, this has been fermented in french oak before being left to age on the wood for eight months. Only 400 bottles were ever made and now less than 100 remain, each hand labelled so you know which bottle you have.
This mead is a warm blend of rich floral aromas, coupled with full-bodied vanilla notes.
Gosnells was founded by Tom in 2013 after he was inspired to turn his hand to experimenting with mead during a trip to the USA. As an avid home brewer of cider and perry, Tom had brewing experience that he quickly applied to developing our signature style of light, crisp, sparkling mead.
From those early days our team and brewery have both moved, changed and grown. We're been brewing in our current brewery in Peckham since 2015 and now supply mead across London and the UK as well as exporting across the world.
