Gunroom London Dry Gin returns to a 19th century tradition. Back then, gins that set sail for the Indias were always shipped in casks. The notes of apricot that rise to the surface at the very end highlight the flawless maturity of this gin that has been aged in whisky casks for a period of time that varies between 45 and 60 days. The initial nose is characterised by cloves, freshly-cut grass and citrus fruit (tangerine, lemon). The palate is clear and taut. The palate is infused with a selection of peppers (white, pink, grey, black). Unctuous, it develops into ripe fruit (apricot).
