Description
It is rare to find a single grain with an aromatic and flavour palette as intense and balanced as John Glaser’s Hedonism. Compass Box’s Hedonism was voted best grain whisky in the world at the 2008 World Whiskies Awards. It is a wonderful expression of the art of blending that is so dear to the Scotch.
Pale yellow colour, the nose reveals notes of varnish, grains (corn), vanilla, white flowers and candied fruit (pear). The palate reveals smooth notes of butter, caramels and coconut. The long finish is fresh, coming back to the grains.
