Full Up - Imperial Double Pastry Stout.
Pastry laden imperial stout made with our pals at Altitude Brewing in Queenstown, New Zealand.
Rob flew over with a pack of our favorite bikkies we miss from back home while we laid down the base for a liquid version of said bikkes.
What we conjured up is a deliciously lactose heavy foundation of over nine types of specialty malts, juxtaposed by light and fluffy chocolate coated marshmallows sitting on a shortcake biscuit base.
Unable to accommodate any more adjuncts, this is one of our bigest stouts to date.
