This stout was brewed with coffee from the legends at Little Owl Coffee Roasters, which complements the chocolate and coffee flavours in the malt bill. We also added Vanilla beans and lactose post ferment, making this a decadent dessert stout that is well balanced between big sweet flavours and gentle bitterness.
The can was designed by our Tapped by Otherside Creative Release winner, Madeleine Beech. Inspired by the drawings of Da Vinci, the artwork titled 'Metamorphosis' was conceptualised by the idea of 'what remains inside'.
