Winner of the Golden Cluster Award 2016 – Best Merlot
Grape Variety: 100% Merlot
Winemaking Notes: after fermenting and macerating for 10 days, the wine ages in French oak barrels for approximately 18 months. It is then bottled after coarse filtration alone. This preserves its aroma and array of flavors. The wine is now ready to drink, although it will continue to develop and improve in the bottle as the years go by.
Tasting Notes: The wine has soft and gentle tannins, a full and rich body and balanced acidity. The wine flavors are plum and cherry, roasted coffee beans and spices.
Vineyards: Upper Galilee – Manara Vineyard. A vineyard characterized by Terra Rossa soil with a high percentage of stone and ideal climate conditions consistently producing grapes of the very highest quality.
