Delivery Terms and Conditions and Cut Off Timings:
- Delivery is only for Singapore;
- Delivery daily, including Sunday & Selected Public Holidays (shop is typically closed on CNY, Christmas & New Year);
- We will contact you to confirm delivery timing;
- If Customer is absent, re-delivery is charged at $15;
- For orders under $100 a fixed flat fee of $15 per order applies;
- Above $100 spent in a single order you enjoy FREE delivery;
- No delivery in the morning, earliest delivery by 1pm;
- We use ad hoc courier service like Lalamove to ensure speed and flexibility;
- Same day delivery terms:
- Monday to Saturday: for any order placed before 6pm. Next day delivery for any order placed after 6pm.
- Sunday and Selected Public Holidays: for any order placed before 3pm. Next day delivery for any order placed after 3pm.

For any alcoholic beverage purchase, you must be 18 years old or above to purchase AND at reception of delivery;

Delivery not available from 10.30pm until 7am.
Return Policy:
- Defective product: return not needed, please advice issue (phone, whatsapp, telegram, email) with proof and we will charge back;
- Change of mind returns (within 14 days of purchase): Returns must be either in person at the retail shop or shipped back to the retail shop at 1 Jalan Anak Bukit, unit B1-15, Bukit Timah Plaza, Singapore 588996. After reception and inspection refund will be issued.
