Description
Originally crafted in Canton, Massachusetts with the help of East Coast brewing legends Trillium, Sunrise Valley is a unique brew that features a hop-free boil and a generous dry-hop of New Zealand Nelson Sauvin and Rakau hops, courtesy of our friends at Freestyle hops. The beer's name is a nod to the hop-growing region where Freestyle sources those delightful hops, an idyllic location nestled away in the Upper Moutere.
When it was first brewed, the combination of a hop-free boil and heavy dry hop was considered a 'radical' technique for both Trillium and Garage Project, but over the years, through the rebrews and new drops, it has proven to be an integral element of Valley terroir.
We hope you enjoy drinking Sunrise Valley as much as we love crafting it.
