Description
This single vineyard Rubin is crafted from selected hand picked grapes from Edoardo Miroglio estate in Elenovo, south eastern part of the Thracian Valley, Bulgaria. The vineyard is located on a hilly terrain, on deep gray-brown clay and limy soils, providing excellent exposure and conditions to produce a special wine with lots of character. Aged minimum 15months in 225L French oak barriues and Bulgarian oak casks (500L). Enjoy now with a variety of red meat dishes or cellar for later.

Limited release to 3500 bottles.

Colour:
Intense ruby colour with brownish hues.
Aroma:
The nose is rich in spices (black pepper), herbs and ripe black fruits (blackberries, black cherries), dark chocolate, liquorice and dry leaves.
Taste:
Full and supple body, mild acidity and strong structural tannins. Long and memorable finish.
Ageing:
15 months in Bulgarian (500L) and French oak barrels (225L).
Serving suggestion:
Various red meat dishes. In order to fully enjoy this product, it is recommended to open the bottle in advance or to decant it. Possible noble sediment.
