Our Laksa Rice Ale pays tribute to one of Singapore's most iconic dishes, capturing its unmistakable character in a beer that's layered, expressive and surprisingly refreshing. Brewed with fragrant jasmine rice as a nod to the rice noodles found in every comforting bowl, this small-batch ale is infused with a carefully balanced blend of laksa spices, aromatic herbs and creamy coconut, bringing together nostalgia and craftsmanship in every sip.
Expect delicate notes of lemongrass, galangal and spice, rounded by a gentle coconut finish. The jasmine rice lends a soft, clean body that keeps the beer light on the palate, allowing the aromatics to shine without overwhelming the drinker.
