Description
Now in its 9th year, this collaborative beer takes on a classic style: a coffee stout. Using a traditional stout base, we infused the beer with coffee beans that were blended and roasted by BICYCLE COFFEE TOKYO. After conducting several infusion tests with different blends, we settled on a well-balanced mix: 60% Mexican, 25% Ethiopian, and 15% Guatemalan beans, primarily medium roast. The result is a dry stout with a crisp finish, rich roasted malt flavor, and a pleasant bitterness — light yet flavorful, perfectly harmonized with the aromatic notes of coffee.
