Description
Aged in new French oak barrels for 3 months, the tannins and woody aromas of oak are transferred to the beer, resulting in a complex taste.
It is a straw color of thin turbidity and smells like pineapple derived from Bretanomyces yeast.
A light tannin astringency and white grape, pineapple and yoghurt flavors spread throughout the mouth, leaving a lingering aroma.
