Single malt whisky, from Miclo distillery in the Alsace, France.
Distilled in 2015, aged for 3.5 years in Sauternes Cask followed by 30 months of ageing in Miclo's own cask used to macerate cherries in eau de vie.
Limited to two casks.
Only 682 bottles produced from 2 casks.
Rich and complex with fruity flavours of candied cherry and spices with notes of liquorice and cinnamon on a rancio, woody background.
