Small batch, from a selection of 5 cask of Gevrey-Chambertin Burungdy Red.
Distilled in 2017 from 35ppm malt
Non chill filtered.
Only 2000 bottles produced.
Smoky nose, wild strength, notes of leather, brown tobacco and toasted bread.
Mouth is powerful with wet peat, sharp smoke, black pepper fowllowed by grilled wood finishing on a long on a pinch of minerals.
