100% Shiraz Vineyards: Yeruham Vineyards, Negev Mountain. Alcohol/Volume: 14%. In the Eye: Ruby-purple color. On the Nose: Aromas of black forest berries and ground black and white pepper. With hints of smoked meat, exotic spices and dark chocolate. On the Palate: An elegant and round texture, with soft and well-integrated tannins. All supported beautifully by a good acidity and long finish. This is a very characteristic Shiraz, balanced and meticulously made. Presents a high concentration of spiced aromas and flavors – courtesy of the desert terroir, making it a great food wine.
